We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Services;

2. To be able to contact our Visitors and Patients with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

3. To keep accurate and unique patient records to allow us to identify patients and ensure our patients receive the correct treatment;

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to promote and sell our services to you. Your non-personal data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may contact you to send appointment reminders, updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

We host our website on the Wix.com platform. We host our patient management system on the Cliniko platform. We use Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics for the purposes of marketing and measuring the success of our digital promotions & marketing efforts on these platforms.
