Meet The Team
Tabetha Davidson, MChiro DC
Chiropractor
(She/Her)
Hello and welcome to my clinic! My name is Tabby and I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales with a Master of Chiropractic degree, and have since continued to expand my knowledge by attending a variety of seminars over the years.

I have been interested in helping people for many years, after seeing my family go through Chiropractic treatment that benefitted them in so many ways I was naturally intrigued. I experienced Chiropractic first hand while at school, continuing into my adult life through University and then while preparing to represent Wales at the Cheerleading World Championships!

I take great pride in looking after patients individual needs and am inspired day after day by the affects Chiropractic can have for people of all ages with a variety of different issues. I truly hope that we can tailor treatment to help you accomplish your health goals, whatever they may be. The team & I will do everything to ensure you get the best treatment from our highly trained chiropractors.

Ashley Smith, MChiro DC
Chiropractor
(He/Him)
Hi, my name is Ashley and I graduated from the University of South Wales with a Master of Chiropractic degree.
Originally from Lincolnshire (don’t hold it against me), I first experienced the life changing effects chiropractic treatment can have through a very close family member. From this moment, I knew this was the job for me and hence my move to Wales to embark on the exhilarating journey!
Throughout my time in Wales I have fallen back in love with rugby and have been pitch side on the Cardiff Arms Park and Principality supporting the Cardiff Lions RFC. This has given me a real interest for sport specific care and I have been lucky to support my fantastic team when playing in European tournaments throughout the UK and the continent.
I am dedicated to helping you experience relief, improved mobility, and a higher quality of life, with compassionate, professional care. My approach is to focus on treating the root cause of your pain, not just the symptoms, restoring balance and function to your body.

Shelby Prosser, MChiro DC
Chiropractor
(She/Her)
Hi, I’m Shelby, and I graduated from the University of South Wales with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic.

Originally from Canada, I spent nearly 10 years working as a psychiatric nurse. While I loved my role, I wanted to have a greater therapeutic impact on my patients. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care myself, I was inspired to pursue this career and moved to Wales to earn my degree.

I have an ongoing professional interest in mental health wellbeing for my patients, pregnancy and postpartum care, as well as sport and athlete care - having played football (or soccer as I know it), American football, and rugby for most of my life and being chosen 4 times to play at a national level for rugby and American football.

I’m excited to help my patients achieve their wellness goals and look forward to meeting you at the clinic!

Ben is a dedicated Soft Tissue Massage Therapist at our clinic, bringing a unique blend of academic knowledge and athletic experience to his role.
He graduated in 2014 with a BA Honours in Sports Development and further honed his expertise by obtaining a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy.

Ben's passion for sports is deep-rooted, having been a goalkeeper for Newport County Academy from the age of 8 to 16. His football career flourished as he represented Gwent County, reaching the semi-finals, and later played in the Welsh league for teams such as Cwmbran, Caldicot, and Chepstow.
This extensive background in sports not only fuels his therapeutic approach but also provides a profound understanding of athlete's needs, making him a vital part of our team.
Ben Davidson, BA Hons
Massage Therapist
(He/Him)
Hi! My name is Marcus, and I am a Sports Massage Therapist, while also currently studying to be a chiropractor at the University of South Wales.
Initially I completed a bachelor’s degree in sport, health and exercise science in 2019, and then went on to further my studies by completing my master’s in 2020. I then wanted to become a chiropractor to help as many people as possible, expand my knowledge and enable people to access a variety of treatments depending on their individual needs.

I play semi-professional rugby for Pontypool RFC and enjoy Olympic lifting, so you’ll see me in and around the gym even if I’m not in the clinic! I have also helped within the fire service search and rescue.

I believe my purpose is to help people, and I truly hope that with my experience in massage therapy, combined with my expanding knowledge and colleagues we can find the best course of treatment for you!
